This notice explains what Sadguru Research & Analysis Laboratory ("we") does with the information you give us through foodwatertesting.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), organisation type, the test you need, your reason for testing, your pickup preference and any message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from and, where your browser shares it, the website that referred you.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash, and is delivered through Cloudflare; like any web request, these services receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To arrange sample pickup, sterile bottles and delivery of your report
- To keep a record of enquiries and the work we carry out
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and a copy is emailed to our laboratory inbox through the Resend email service. Only people at the laboratory who handle enquiries can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you, carry out any work you order and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time where we are not required to keep them.
