This notice explains what Sadguru Research & Analysis Laboratory ("we") does with the information you give us through foodwatertesting.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), organisation type, the test you need, your reason for testing, your pickup preference and any message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from and, where your browser shares it, the website that referred you. If you reached us through a link that carries campaign tags (for example from an advertisement, a WhatsApp message or a QR code), your browser keeps those tags and the page you first landed on, and sends them with your enquiry so we can tell which of our listings and campaigns work.
We do not sell your information. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash, and is delivered through Cloudflare; like any web request, these services receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical details of your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. If you press "Accept" in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. Nothing is loaded from Google until you press Accept: if you choose "Only necessary", or close the page without choosing, no Google script is fetched and no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and a copy is emailed to our laboratory inbox through the Resend email service. Only people at the laboratory who handle enquiries can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you, carry out any work you order and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time where we are not required to keep them.
